THE winner of this year's Pet Idol competition can finally be revealed after the final votes were counted.
Molly the toy Yorkie has been crowned this year's champion.
The four-year-old pooch belongs to Janette and Bill Lennon and lives with them in their home in Dunbar.
Retired Janette, 72, said: "Molly is an absolute darling, so clever and just a joy to have in the house.
"We're delighted she has won the competition."
This year saw nearly 150 pets entered into the competition and thousands of votes cast.
Molly's owners receive £300 as well as the coveted title.
Janette said: "We'll be giving some of the money to the SSPCA, and Molly can look forward to a new coat and collar as well."
