A MUSSELBURGH man has been caught producing cannabis at his home.
Russell Brown was found to be growing the Class B drug when police raided the property at Ravensheugh Crescent on June 22, 2022.
The 54-year-old pleaded guilty to a charge of production when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court earlier this month.
Brown also had not guilty pleas accepted to allegations of possessing the drug and possessing an air rifle during the court hearing.
Sheriff Gillian Sharp fined Brown £380.
