AN ESTABLISHED family business looks set to open its doors in the heart of Haddington.
The former home of Caffe Luca has been repainted grey and blue ahead of Rocksalt Café opening its doors “soon”.
Posters for the business, which is described as a “family run café/deli since 2012, Mediterranean and Scottish inspired”, are now in the windows of the High Street property.
The business, which has premises on Edinburgh’s Jeffrey Street, has highlighted they are looking for part-time and full-time staff to fill roles, including barista, front of house, kitchen porter, chefs and managers.
The poster notes a minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality is required.
It reads: “When contacted please understand that a two hour unpaid trial shift will take part, no interview required.”

Caffe Luca closed its doors earlier this month.
At that time, the departing owners promised the new owners would “keep serving up a delicious Mediterranean menu”.
They said: “Just a quick shout out to say a huge thank you for all the love and support you've shown us over the past three amazing years at our cafe.
“Saturday was our last day of trading, but the memories and friendships we've made will last a lifetime.
“Thanks for all the cards, gifts, and well wishes!
“Your kindness means the world to us.”
