PORT Seton Promenade was a hive of activity this morning as filming commenced for the new BBC Three drama Clique.
About eight film trucks and associated vehicles were parked on nearby Links Road before 8am as scenes involving children were shot at the play park on the promenade.
Parking has been suspended in some surrounding streets and filming is expected to take place in various locations today and tomorrow in Cockenzie and Port Seton as well as at Meadowmill.
Parking restrictions were in place on Links Road and Cockenzie High Street from 7am this morning and run all-day today and Wednesday on Links Road and from 7am to noon on Cockenzie High Street.
Clique is a new six-part drama focusing on life for two childhood friends as they move to university in Edinburgh. It is not yet known when it will be screened.
