Police investigated reports of a sexual assault
A 12-year-old boy has been reported to the Children's Reporter in connection with an alleged sex attack on a six-year-old girl.
Police confirmed they received a report of an incident in the Prestonpans area, on Monday, January 23.
A spokesperson “Police in East Lothian were called following a report of a sexual assault in the Prestonpans area. The incident was reported to police on Monday 23rd January and a 12-year-old boy has since been reported to the Children's Reporter.”
