Former Musselburgh back-row Ally Miller will wear the number six jersey for the Exiles, while ex-Gullane Primary School pupil Callum Hunter-Hill returns from injury to sit on the bench.
The Scotland U20 pair will face off against ex-Scotland A cap Alun Walker, from Musselburgh.
The ex-Edinburgh man made his injury return from the bench last weekend, but is handed a starting berth this time round.
Elsewhere, Chris Dean and Lewis Carmichael are again included in the Edinburgh Rugby side that plays Ospreys in Swansea.
Dean, a try scorer in the loss to Dragons, starts at outside centre, while Carmichael is on the bench.
