THREE cup games and one important league clash make up the fixture card for East Lothian’s teams this afternoon (Saturday).
Tranent host Broxburn Athletic in the fifth round of the South of Scotland Challenge Cup while both Haddington Athletic and Musselburgh Athletic are in East of Scotland Qualifying Cup action.
Haddington travel to Dundonald Bluebell while Musselburgh will now host Harthill Royal after the match was switched from Gibbshill Park.
In the East of Scotland Football League (EoSFL) Second Division, Ormiston Primrose visit Newburgh.

IF EITHER Newburgh or Ormiston Primrose are to escape a drop to the EoSFL Third Division, this feels like a must win game.
Both sides have picked up seven points from the opening 15 games of the season and find themselves joint bottom of the Second Division table at the halfway stage.
Victory would not be enough to lift either team out of the drop zone but it could be enough to move them to within touching distance of Tweedmouth Rangers, who sit 13th.
Both teams will fancy their chances and three points will be desired by both as well.

FORMER EoSFL Premier Division champions take on champions-elect at Foresters Park.
Tranent were worthy winners of the competition in 2022 when they pipped Penicuik Athletic to the title on goal difference.
Now, Broxburn are looking to follow in their footsteps and sit top of the Premier Division table with a healthy 13-point lead over Hutchison Vale.
Tranent’s form has stuttered as of late and they will be keen to get back on the right path in an intriguing cup tie.

LETTING slip a two-goal lead last weekend, Haddington Athletic will be keen to get back to winning ways.
Their hosts sit two places below them in the top flight of the EoSFL but the two sides are yet to play each other this campaign in the league.
Dundonald enjoyed a 5-2 win over Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts while the Hi Hi lost to Hill of Beath Hawthorn last weekend and will be aiming for another good result.
Musselburgh Athletic v Harthill Royal

OLIVEBANK Arena will host Musselburgh Athletic versus Harthill Royal after the game was switched venues.
The tie had been due to be played at Gibbshill Park but was postponed.
Musselburgh have been left frustrated with the number of games called off in recent weeks but they have made a promising start to 2024 with wins over both Haddington Athletic and Dunbar United.
The visitors have been in the winning habit this campaign and are targeting promotion to the Second Division.
